It is carried out using silicone implants or the patient's own fat tissue, depending on the person's anatomical structure and expectations. The operation is usually performed under general anesthesia and takes an average of 1–1.5 hours. Silicone implants can be placed through an incision under the breast, around the nipple, or in the armpit. In the fat injection technique, fat cells taken from different areas of the body are processed and injected into the breast tissue. In both methods, the goal is to create an aesthetic shape while preserving naturalness.
