Lip Filler

Lip filler is a hyaluronic acid-based injection procedure applied to compensate for volume loss, define the contour, correct asymmetries, and balance the lip–nose–chin ratio. The goal is not only to enlarge, but to achieve a natural refresh by refining the lip border (vermilion), Cupid's bow, and philtrum lines.

Planning is personalized by taking into account the lower-mid facial triangle, tooth show, and lip hydration. Volumizing, contouring, and hydrating techniques can be combined. The procedure takes approximately 15–20 minutes; the result is visible immediately, and the shape settles within 3–5 days. Longevity is generally 6–9 months, depending on mobility. The ability to be reversed with hyaluronidase when needed increases safety.

The evaluation examines not only the fold itself but also mid-face volume; in appropriate cases, combining the treatment with cheek (malar) support provides longer-lasting and more natural results. The procedure takes 15–20 minutes, with longevity of 9–12 months. Products with a thin-to-medium consistency and balanced water-binding capacity are preferred.

Jawline Filler

The application focuses on the jaw angle (gonion), the pre-jowl sulcus, and the continuity of the mandibular line. It can be combined with chin tip filler if needed. It takes an average of 20–30 minutes; longevity can reach 12–18 months. Synergy is achieved with thread lifts and/or neck protocols for laxity along the jawline.

Cheekbone (Malar) Filler

Temple Filler

In cases of curvature, breathing problems, or major structural issues with a surgical indication, surgical options take precedence.

Under-Eye Light Filler (Tear Trough)

The application is mostly performed with a cannula, in a way that reduces trauma and the risk of bruising. The initial effect is visible immediately; swelling may take 3–7 days to settle.
