The medical aesthetic treatments carried out by Op. Dr. Erkan Deniz at LUMIÈRE Clinic are planned individually, after assessing facial anatomy, skin type, the signs of ageing and what the person actually needs.

The range extends from botulinum toxin treatments to biostimulators, and from hyaluronic acid fillers to mesotherapy and skin-quality treatments. Below are the product groups used, the brands within each, and the limits of each group.

Botulinum Toxin Treatments

Only products with established safety and documented clinical use are chosen. The products used are:

  • BOTOX® (Allergan)
  • Dysport®

Treatment areas: forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, crow’s feet around the eyes, brow position, the area around the nose, gummy smile, the chin, the masseter muscle and the neck.

The aim is not an expressionless face. By treating the right muscles at appropriate doses, the intention is a more rested, balanced and natural appearance.

Botulinum toxin addresses lines caused by muscle movement; it does not change skin laxity, volume loss or pigmentation. Its effect is not permanent, it wears off over time, and its duration varies from person to person. It is not used in pregnancy or breastfeeding, in neuromuscular disease, where there is active infection at the site, or in people sensitive to its components. Suitability is determined by medical examination.

Biostimulators and Collagen-Stimulating Treatments

This group aims not only to add volume, but to support the skin’s own collagen production so that skin quality, firmness and tissue support improve over time.

Calcium Hydroxylapatite – CaHA: Radiesse®

Depending on the injection technique and the concentration used, Radiesse® may be used for structural support or for biostimulation. Individual protocols can be built for the facial oval, the jawline, the cheeks, the neck and, in suitable patients, other areas.

PLLA / PDLLA Based Biostimulators

  • Sculptra® (PLLA)
  • Lanluma® (PLLA)
  • Lenisna® (PDLLA)
  • Juvelook® (PDLLA)

These products differ from one another in composition, particle characteristics and areas of use. The product is not chosen by default; the doctor decides according to skin quality, volume loss, facial anatomy, the treatment area and the intended result.

Biostimulators are not a substitute for a surgical facelift and are not an appropriate option in advanced sagging or significant excess skin. The result is not visible immediately after injection; it matures over several months as collagen responds, and it varies from person to person. They are not used where there is active infection at the site, in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in people sensitive to their components.

Paris Glow – FILLMED NCTF® 135 HA

FILLMED NCTF® 135 HA is an injection protocol that combines hyaluronic acid with vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes and other skin-supporting components. It can be applied to areas such as the face, the neck and the décolleté.

It is not a hyaluronic acid filler: it does not reshape facial contours and does not correct marked volume loss or sagging. It is usually planned as a series of sessions, and the response varies from person to person. Suitability is determined by medical examination.

Youth Vaccine / Skin Booster Treatments

The aim here is not to change facial contours or create noticeable volume, as a conventional filler does, but to support the skin’s hydration capacity and quality.

Skin boosters are not a treatment for sagging; they do not replace botulinum toxin for movement-related lines, nor fillers for marked volume loss. The effect is not permanent, repeat sessions may be needed at intervals, and the result varies from person to person.

Hyaluronic Acid Filler Treatments

The preferred product groups are:

  • FILLMED ART FILLER®
  • JUVÉDERM®
  • STYLAGE®

In the lips, chin, jawline, cheekbones, nasolabial area and the other anatomical regions of the face, the product is selected not by brand alone but by what the tissue needs and by the rheological properties of the material.

The goal is a balanced, natural result in keeping with the person’s own anatomy, rather than excessive volume that changes the face.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are not the answer to advanced skin laxity and sagging, and they do not replace botulinum toxin for lines caused by muscle movement. The effect is not permanent and its duration varies with the product, the area and the person. They are not used in pregnancy or breastfeeding, where there is active infection at the site, or in people sensitive to their components.

Mesotherapy and Skin Quality Treatments

Pigmentation Mesotherapy

Protocols for uneven skin tone and pigmentation are built after assessing the type of pigmentation and the person’s skin. Where appropriate they can be combined with the laser and other dermatological treatments used at the clinic.

Jalupro®

Jalupro®, with its amino acid and hyaluronic acid based formulations, may be used to support skin quality. Treatment areas include the face, the neck, the décolleté and, in suitable patients, the area around the eyes.

Pluryal®

Pluryal® is used in mesotherapy and skin renewal protocols to support hydration, skin quality and renewal.

Mesotherapy protocols are not single-session treatments; they are usually planned as a series. In pigmentation, the expected response cannot be achieved without sun protection, and the outcome depends on the type of pigmentation. Sagging and marked volume loss fall outside the scope of this group.

Choosing the Product and the Treatment for Each Person

In medical aesthetics, no single product and no single treatment is right for everyone. For one patient the priority may be BOTOX® or Dysport® for expression lines; for another, CaHA biostimulation with Radiesse®, or collagen stimulation with Sculptra®, Lanluma®, Lenisna® or Juvelook®; for a third, NCTF® 135 HA, Jalupro® or skin booster treatments may be more appropriate.

The product, the quantity, the number of sessions and the treatment protocol are decided individually, after medical assessment. Results vary from person to person and no outcome is guaranteed.

Which botulinum toxin brand is used at LUMIÈRE Clinic?

Botulinum toxin treatments carried out by Op. Dr. Erkan Deniz at LUMIÈRE Clinic use BOTOX® (Allergan) and Dysport®. The product is not chosen as a standard; it is determined during the examination according to muscle structure and the intended result.

Are both BOTOX® and Dysport® available at the clinic?

Which dermal filler brands are used?

At LUMIÈRE Clinic the hyaluronic acid fillers in use are FILLMED ART FILLER®, JUVÉDERM® and STYLAGE®. The product is not selected by brand alone: the needs of the tissue and the rheological properties of the gel are assessed first.

How is it decided which filler product suits me?

The decision is made during Op. Dr. Erkan Deniz's examination. The FILLMED ART FILLER®, JUVÉDERM® and STYLAGE® ranges contain forms of differing density and elasticity, and the lips, jawline or cheekbones may each require a different one.

Is JUVÉDERM® used at the clinic?

Which biostimulator products are available?

Do you use Radiesse or Sculptra?

Both are available at LUMIÈRE Clinic. Radiesse® is calcium hydroxylapatite based and, depending on technique and dilution, gives structural support or biostimulation; Sculptra® is poly-L-lactic acid based and targets a gradual collagen response.

Which PLLA and PDLLA products do you have?

At LUMIÈRE Clinic the PLLA group is represented by Sculptra® and Lanluma®, and the PDLLA group by Juvelook® and Lenisna®. Their particle properties and treatment areas differ, so the product is chosen individually rather than as a standard.

Which mesotherapy products are used?

Mesotherapy and skin quality protocols at LUMIÈRE Clinic are carried out with FILLMED NCTF® 135 HA, Jalupro® and Pluryal®. Which product is used depends on skin condition, the area treated and the intended effect, and is decided at the examination.

What do you use as a skin booster?

Skin booster treatments at LUMIÈRE Clinic are performed with FILLMED NCTF® 135 HA, Jalupro® and Pluryal®. The aim is not to change facial contours or create volume, but to support the skin's hydration capacity and overall quality.

Are the products original, and how are they selected?

According to LUMIÈRE Clinic's own statement, only products with established reliability and documented clinical use are preferred; BOTOX® (Allergan), Dysport®, Radiesse® and Sculptra® are among them. You may ask the doctor which product will be used.

How is it decided which product is right for me?

No single product suits everyone. For one person BOTOX® or Dysport® may be the priority for expression lines, while another may benefit more from biostimulation with Radiesse® or collagen support with Juvelook®. Op. Dr. Erkan Deniz decides at the examination.

Are these brands available in Northern Cyprus?
